Peaceful Cottage in great location
We stayed at The Southern Roost for a month after our house sold faster than expected. It was a peaceful, relaxing haven after a hectic move. Candi and Mike are warm and welcoming and were responsive to our questions and needs. The cottage is in an excellent location, very close to shopping and restaurants, but we heard chickens and goats rather than traffic ( and the animal noises were not disturbing.) The downstairs bed was very comfortable, bathrooms are updated and WiFi works great. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio and balcony and visiting with the animals in their enclosures in the backyard. Thanks to Candi and Mike for making us feel at home!
