I spent three months at this property during a short-term work assignment, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience.The location is completely perfect. It provided a seamless commute to my job and quick access to local spots. The property itself comes fully furnished with every essential item. This setup made my move-in entirely stress-free.Management is top-tier. They are consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Security was also an important priority for me. The building features excellent safety measures, meaning I never felt unsafe or dealt with any related issues during my stay.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium, secure, and hassle-free long-term rental! Tammy consistently went above and beyond to help others, demonstrating dedication even when dealing with people who were unwilling to help themselves.

Excellent management

This complex is a convenient two block walk to the U of M Sparrow Hospital. It's an updated, well appointed and quiet unit. The landlord, Tammy, is available (local), communicative and respects privacy. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again if I returned to the area.

Sparrow Landing

Very nice and comfortable. Conveniently located to Sparrow Hospital- 5 min walk. Also close to downtown market and places to eat. The landlord Tammy was very helpful and there for any maintenance issues. If i am ever back in Lansing i will for sure give Tammy a call and highly recommend for travelers in the Lansing area.
