Walking distance to hospital

This place is very nice, convenient and the room is big. It’s great for day or night shift nurses because of the blackout curtains. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to hospital( as I walked to and from work as a travel RN) Everything was provided and well stocked in the house. Jackie has been great and very responsive!

The experience was great. Great location to the hospital. The house is beautiful and well kept. Roommates were great as well. I truly enjoyed it.

Traveling Healthcare Tenant

I rented a room here and experienced major safety concerns. The door wouldnt lock even with the landlords keypad entry, meaning anyone could enter my room Unit 3 at any time. There was also black mold in the shared bathroom, and used syringes in the trash. The landlord ignored my repair requests - She only responded urgently when I told her that I would be vacating the property and terminating my lease, and even then she seemed more focused on re-renting the room instead of actually rectifying the issues in the home. No background checks or verification are done for housemates, so you have no idea who youll be living with. I truly hope the landlord addresses these issues for future tenants especially for those of us working in healthcare, the last thing we need is to come home to unsafe or stressful living conditions.

Impeccable Home and Warm Hospitality in Augusta

I had one of the best 2-month stays here. The home is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and inviting, providing a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and great room mates to have. Jacqueline added to the charm with her warm hospitality and delightful goodies. I made wonderful memories here and will definitely return whenever Im back in Augusta. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay!

Perfect place to stay that is close-by to several major medical institutions for easy and quick commute. The home comes fully furnished which makes the transition much easier. Landlord is very generous and provides a decent offering of assorted snacks and quick meals (i.e. instant ramen) for those who check-in late in the evening. There is a cafe nearby within a 2 minute walk and is a must try! 10/10 would recommend for medical students, travel nurses, clinical rotations, etc.

Kay's stay in Unit 4

A very updated home throughout the cottage. I enjoyed my 3 month stay and had no problems with my unit. The out side of home was well maintained and groomed, great curb side appeal. The owner/manager, Jacqueline, was a very pleasant, nice landlord that took great interest in making sure the tenants were comfortable and had what they needed. Home was fully equipped with everything that a traveler could possibly need. I loved my unit, Unit 4. I highly recommend this property to travelers. My roommates were also very pleasant, nice and respectful.

Best stay in Augusta!

This place was by far the best stay I had in my 5 months trip to the US. The property managers have taken great care of every aspect of the stay and put in a significant amount of work to cater to common needs of a traveller (Highly recommend it for any traveling medical student/nurse coming to Augusta). From Kitchen appliances and other basic amenities to greeting guests with a welcome kit upon move in, this place goes above and beyond your expectations to provide a wonderful and memorable stay experience!

good place and nice host

The place is nice and cozy. It is very close to the Medical District. The host is a very nice lady. She made the whole stay starting from checking in to checking out seamless. She was very responsive to any queries. I'd recommend this to stay to anyone.
