New ADU in a quiet neighborhood

Wonderful 3-month stay

My daughter and I had the pleasure to stay at Jeff's and Sylvia's little cottage during my 3-month long sabbatical. The ADU is perfectly situated in walking distance to Livermore downtown and the cottage was furnished and equipped, so that it met all our needs. We just needed to arrive with 2 suitcases from overseas. We had a wonderful stay. Jeff and Sylvia have been lovely hosts, responding immediately to our needs. My daughter enjoyed the nice garden and we hope to come back soon

Best ADU in Livermore

Rented this lovely unit for a month while working in the Livermore Area for myself and two other people. It has a private side entrance that has bright walkway lighting, nice landscaping and the interior of the unit has a really nice layout. All of the amenities of a cozy home and then some, the hosts are super communicative and accommodating, all around great people!

Fantastic home and hosts!

I stayed here for 2.5 months while I was interning in Livermore for the summer and I am so glad I did! My hosts were very accommodating and made me feel right at home, even letting make lemonade using lemons from their garden! The ADU is great too and the hosts supplied everything I needed for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

I stayed at this property for two months over the summer for an internship at the lab. Sylvia and Jeff were both incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, including putting me in contact with neighbors they knew worked at the lab, so I could meet some people before starting.

Lovely stay

I stayed at Sylvia's for just over a month when I first moved to Livermore. The ADU is very comfortable with all new appliances. I'll miss that stove! The yard is beautiful too. The location is great - it's super quiet but still close to downtown. Sylvia is a great host; welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

I stayed here while working at the Lab. This is a terrific place to stay and the owners are wonderful! Super nice people to interact with friendly and helpful; I highly recommend renting from them! They were quick to respond when I needed any assistance. The apartment is new, very clean, and welcoming! The apartment has many necessities, and plenty of space to store clothes, cleaning supplies, etc. The unit is well-designed, and the amenities are great, I loved having a TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The beds are comfortable, and the AC worked great. The location is a short walk from downtown; I loved the farmer's markets, cute shops, and great restaurants. The neighborhood feels safe, which was important to me as a young person (female) living independently. I didn't worry while walking around, the property felt secure and private. The backyard is filled with beautiful plants, a grill, and a comfortable outside seating area. Perfect location, clean, quiet, everything you need.
