South City Home near Hospitals

Great location and nice, quiet neighbors & neighborhood. Owners let me extend the lease when it was needed, which is very appreciated. I removed 2 stars from the rating because: 1.) The landlord/owner often provided equal to or less than 24 hr notice to enter the unit, for non emergencies, which was an issue/grievance as a person who works overnights, works from home, and sleeps during the day. 2.) The mattresses are not comfortable and there were no extra linens when washing the bedding, 3.) I needed to buy my own pans while staying here because the non stick pans are scratched, and 4.) the garage is listed in the listing, but renters do not have access to it. This wouldnt be an issue because theres a parking pad for 1 car, except there were times the landlord parked in our parking pad because they needed things out of the garage so I parked on the street instead. Also I thought it was strange it wasnt mentioned in the listing that there is no usage/access to the garage.

Perfect South City House

This rental has worked great for me. Well equipped, comfortable, has all the amenities you need and big plus, the landlords are incredibly responsive and helpful. I love the off street parking and fenced in yard for my dog. I highly recommend this property.
