Kimberly is an AWFUL landlord and I do not say this lightly. She initially gave off the impression that she was lax and has very little things that actually bother her. She’s very good at putting up a front. In the short but VERY long lived 3 months I’ve lived here, she has threatened me, harassed me, and micromanaged my living in her home. When she’s upset, she’s insulted me on many occasions when I try to have a mature conversation with her. She has created a hostile living environment for me even though I’m rarely home. And further good luck trying to get good sleep in this house! The bedroom is directly under her bedroom so all you’ll hear is her heavy stomping, even going into the early hours of the morning. She has violated the lease multiple times and then gets upset at me for quoting verbatim what the lease says to counteract her poor behavior. I would not recommend my worst enemy live here. For $1200 and how vast Denver is becoming, you could live somewhere so much better.
