Cockroaches and Overly Crictical management

I liked the property itself but, I had several issues with the management. Denise handled the background check, but later contacted my HR with additional questions, which felt unnecessary and made me uncomfortable, I also experienced cockroaches in the bathroom during my stay. When I reported the issue, the responsibility was placed on door kept open rather than the problem being properly addressed. Additionally, I felt some of the fines were excessive. Like I was charged a $100 fee once for leaving the door unlocked while I was still figuring out how the lock system worked, even though there was no damage to the property. On another occasion, I asked if a friend could visit and was told it was okay, but later received an email saying I had breached the rules because the visit was after 10 pm, which had not been clearly mentioned beforehand in text messages ( overly critical about timings ) some of my belongings went missing during my stay. it was an uncomfortable experience.

Exceptional Landlords and a Beautiful, Immaculate Unit

I had an amazing experience staying in this unit. The landlords were incredibly accommodating, working with me virtually since I was living out of state. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The unit itself was spotless, and it actually looked even better in person than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It was so well-maintained, and I genuinely felt at home. Honestly, I wish they could be my landlords forever. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend!
