Exceptional stay

I stayed at this cozy home for three months. It is in the best neighborhood, it is gated, and only 1 mile from the beach. Elena and Jay were wonderful hosts. They saw to my every need and are delightful human beings. The cottage had everything you would expect and much more. The extra touches were above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to visit the Hollywood, FL area.

Exceptional!

Living here was an absolute 10/10 experience, if I could rate it higher I would! First off, the neighborhood is super safe and homey! The airbnb itself is super cozy! Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. It's fully stocked and has absolutely everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable which is important to me since I work really long hours! The location of this airbnb is absolutely perfect! About 2 miles from the beach, 10-15 minutes from Memorial/Joe DiMaggio Hospital, and surrounded by lots of shopping! I couldn't have asked for better hosts! Jay and Elena are some of the sweetest people I've ever met! They really took care of me, made sure I had everything I needed, and checked in with me often! Elena brought me mangos from her garden and even a Christmas present! When I had a small plumbing issue and needed a fan replaced they took care of it quickly and worry-free! I would 100% stay here again!

My stay at this place was truly exceptional. The apartment was lovely, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to great shops, pharmacies and beach. Elena was a wonderful host, always available to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying at this cozy apartment!

Amazing Place in a Desirable Area

I stayed at Elena's place for over 2 months, and I absolutely recommend it. Not only the apartment itself is nice and has everything you need for a great stay (for example, in the kitchen, in addition to standard things like microwave, toaster and a coffee machine, there's also a toaster oven and even a rice cooker!), but the host Elena is simply amazing: she is extremely nice, actually cares for her tenants' comfort, and makes sure they have a great stay. Overall, I don't think one can find a better place in Hollywood, FL in this price range, especially in the winter.

A true oasis!

No words can describe how wonderful this place is! I stayed here for 2 months while working at local clinics as a PA. Elena is an incredible host and always makes sure that you have everything you need. Anyone who stays here will feel at home instantly. And if you're lucky, you'll get to make their pup, Yuki! The guest house itself is stunning. It is SO clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, kitchen has all you could want & more. There are tons of windows letting in natural light and you have a great view of the gorgeous backyard & pool. It beats a hotel by far! Some other perks: water pressure in the shower is fabulous, gas stove, tons of kitchen & cooking utensils, plush towels, soft sheets & pillows, washer/dryer in unit with iron. The neighborhood is very safe. As a female in her 20's, I never felt uncomfortable or afraid at night. Neighbors are very friendly and often out walking there dogs or riding bikes. The property is gated for added security which is a plus. You are so close to great restaurants, the beach, & downtown historic Hollywood which is full of character. I will never stop recommending this place, I had such a lovely stay!

Home Away from Home

This is where you want to be! My daughter stayed here for two rotations (2 months) and it is amazing. Walk to the beach, the lakes, the stores and restaurants. The best hostess and the best accommodations ever. A beautiful apartment and great kitchen and living space. AND truly some of the nicest people ever. Such a safe and beautiful area for a Florida stay!

Beautiful tropical guesthouse

This precious cottage was perfect for my stay in South Florida. It is so close by to everything that you hardly need a vehicle. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away. The home itself is beautiful, well decorated, very clean and spacious. The owners were very kind, considerate, and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Safe and comfortable place with all the homey touches.
