Updated, quiet condo near local hospitals

Five stars!

I stayed at this condo for 11 months with 2 other traveling health care workers and had a great experience. Catherine was always polite, professional, and very responsive to any needs that came up. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for long-term stays. Both bedrooms had spacious closets and blackout curtains, which were helpful during the Alaskan summer! There was also an additional office space with blackout curtains that worked perfectly as a quiet workspace. One of the highlights of our stay was spotting moose right from the condosuch a unique and memorable perk! Id definitely recommend this place to other professionals or travelers looking for a peaceful, well-managed rental.

Great Condo!

We loved having the condo as our Anchorage home while working here. It is perfectly stocked and furnished for travel housing. Cathy is always on top of things and quick to respond. The property is super cozy. We even had a mama moose and calf visitor through the summer. Thank you Cathy!

The best spot you could stay in Anchorage!

My husband and I stayed at this spot while I was working as a travel nurse and he was working remotely. The place is so beautifully done, perfect lighting with blackout curtains for night shifters and long summer days. Both rooms are clean with plenty of space, and fully equiped closets + an office space that is in its own additional room. Catherine is a very responsive and helpful. She really thought of everything when putting this place together. Not to mention we say a great amount of moose and other wildlife right from the comfort of our place! We would have loved to stay longer and will put this place at the top of our list if we are ever back in Anchorage.
