Most Memorable Stay
This was one of the best stay I have ever had. The place is really cozy, I had a large room with ample storage, a private TV, a mini-fridge, a huge patio and a spacious bathroom. There was even a kitchen area with specific utensils for me (as a vegetarian), and Brock ensured there was no cross-contamination. Brock is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met. During my free time, we went to the movies and walked to the park with his dog, Ammo. Ammo is the best-behaved dog I have ever seen and he even listened to my commands when Brock wasn't around, yet he was never intrusive. All in all, it was a memorable stay with no issues whatsoever. P.S. Brock is a fantastic guitarist! If you love music, this is the place for you. I loved sitting with him in the evenings while he played. He is so generous that when I mentioned wanting to learn, he actually gave me a guitar for free. Who does that?
Comfortable & Private
My stay was very comfortable, and I felt I had all the privacy I needed to work. Everything I needed was available, including access to laundry. I absolutely enjoyed Ammo—he was a joy to give treats to and is incredibly lovable. The expectations were clear when I chose to stay. I understood that the space was designed for a family member and that the shower was accessible. I was able to make the space my own during my stay. Brock is very kind and easy to communicate with. His place is convenient, and you can enjoy as much privacy as you need. Being kind to the dogs isn’t a requirement—it’s just human nature.
What to expect renting this unit
My stay at this Furnished Finder rental was not what I expected. The listing did not reflect the real living situation. The owner has an older dog that barks constantly and a young puppy I was often asked to care for during my free time. The room had no curtains, and there was a low fake phone mounted by the toilet that made me uncomfortable. He 3D prints items all day and is home almost constantly, giving very little privacy. When I tried to cook or meal-prep, he would follow me around or linger nearby. I told him I struggle with alcohol and then he bought me a handle of Titos a few days after I shared that. As a single woman, several comments and situations made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this rental for anyone seeking privacy or a respectful, safe-feeling environment
