Newcomers

My husband and I lived here for two months in the summer of 2026. We felt welcome and well taken care of. The landlord, Tony, is a professional photographer, and the apartment is beautifully decorated with art and photography. Tony has thought of everything. The place has storage everywhere, including closets, built-in cabinets, and so much more. That was very helpful for our situation. The upstairs neighbors were so friendly and pleasant to be around. There is a beautiful sitting area with a deck in the backyard, and we sat outside many evenings. It made our arrival in a new area so much better. The one drawback was that we didn't have direct control over the thermostat because it's controlled in the upstairs unit. The unit felt a little cool for us. Nonetheless, there were plenty of hot days when we appreciated it. I think the most important thing of all is that, if we ever had any issue, Tony responded immediately. He is a great landlord.

I stayed with at Tony's for 6 months. He is very attentive and quick to respond. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had my pup with me and felt comfortable walking around to neighborhood. You have your own parking and all the necessities you need. Enjoyed my stay.

Great location Spacious

I rented this location lat year for 3 months. It's spacious and location is safe, walkable and convenient to stores, train station etc. There is a dedicated parking area for this unit. Owner is prompt in dealing with any issue that may arise.
