Cute property with all of the necessities close to EVERYTHING.

This property was the perfect landing spot for a few months while traveling in Miami. The home is fully stocked - Jennifer and Ivette thought of everything! It's perfectly situated in between Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Brickell. Just a short drive to all of the best spots in Miami. It's also a block from the underline which is great for daily walks. You can even walk to Target, Sprouts, a coffee shop, and the Grove metro station. Plus, super close to Ophelia, a popular coffee truck and bakery. Landlord was super communicative and quick to respond any time I needed anything. And I loved how pet friendly the property was. Safe neighborhood and a great place to stay!

I was looking for a place where I would be close to work in Coral Gables and near to all the restaurants in Coconut Grove. This location was great. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Close enough to all things in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Great private shaded courtyard with a fence where my pup loved to hang out. Lovely landlords and neighbors. My dog loved the twin bedroom where he could look outside all day. It was a great place for us during my contract work in Miami. Would highly recommend! I would definitely stay again if I was ever in the area. Jennifer and her mother along with another tenant on the property became good friends!
