I cant say enough good things about A and V they were the best landlords you could ask for! Always just a call or text away, they were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Even though the place didnt have an actual oven, it still felt like such a cozy and welcoming spot for myself and my fur baby, Bentley. They were always so accommodating and addressed any questions or concerns I had in a timely and thoughtful manner. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is huge plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day. I also had the pleasure of meeting Hunter, and she is hands down the best cleaning lady Ive ever met! Not only does she do an amazing job, but she also loves anime, so we had some great chats, which was a fun bonus. The location was perfect within walking distance of the dog park, and on those warmer days, Bentley and I had a blast playing fetch in the huge backyard. The neighborhood itself is so peaceful, and everyone on Bond St is super friendly and kind. If I ever find myself back in Winston-Salem, Ill be reaching out to A and V again. A and V are amazing landlords! Very accommodating and responsive from day one! The space is open, with tall ceilings and plenty of room (easy to work out in the living room!). Being close to down town, it's convenient. But because it backs up to the park, it's very quiet! Pet friendly and very clean. Only con was kitchen/bathroom storage for personal items, but discussed this with A and I'm sure they will take into consideration. 10/10 recommend this space for a stay in Winston-Salem.
