Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay . The house was perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy walking access to the grocery store, restaurants, and everything we needed. The home itself was fully stocked with everything we could’ve asked for and more, which made the stay super comfortable. The owners were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. And the bed was incredibly comfy - always a huge plus! Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

This unit was absolutely perfect for me and my girlfriend. The second bedroom being set up as dual workstations was exactly what we needed as a digital nomad couple (I still miss the ultrawide monitor), and the place itself was super cute. There are a ton of fun places within walking distance. Jennifer was an absolutely PHENOMENAL landlord, could not recommend more.

Lovely Condo - Great Neighborhood - Terrific Host

My husband and I enjoyed a great stay at Jennifer's place. The condo is clean with nice finishes and furnishings. The kitchen is the most well-equipped kitchen I have experienced in a furnished rental with good pots and pans and knives that are actually sharp - among others. There is a nice patio seating area. Good parking with a big driveway in the back and plenty of space in front. It's not a crowded street. The neighborhood is gorgeous with great walkability. Jennifer is a gracias and attentive host. Everything was easy peasy. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Perfect East Nashville Stay

This lovely home was perfect for my needs as a digital nomad! The space is warm and inviting with plenty of light and exactly as described. It was so nice to have the separate office with choice of desk and a window. Wifi worked great.The bed was very comfortable with all the pillow and bedding options to make it as cozy as you like. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room are a nice bonus. And the kitchen really is well stocked. I love to cook and had everything I needed. One of my favorite things to do was to drink my coffee on the porch in the morning, listening to the birds. The neighborhood is lovely. I took many walks to the nearby Shelby Park, which also has a greenway great for biking. The restaurants and shops in the area (so many great options!) are walkable from the home, as is downtown. J, the owner, is so kind. Communication was easy with quick response to any questions I had. Overall an amazing stay! I can't say enough about this home - would stay again!
