I only stayed for a month but the room was clean, comfortable, and just as I would've liked it to be. Polite tenants and a homely feel made the stay very pleasant. Everything met or exceeded my expectations with no issues.

safe environment

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Furnished Finder property. The room was exactly as advertised-clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the quietness during the day. My host was incredibly responsive and respectful of privacy, which made everything even easier. The location was ideal-close to the hospital, groceries, and great local restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to o other TRAVELING PROFESSIONALS.

Great house, great tenants

I arrived here on July 28th. I am still living here, and I will be here for 6 months in total. The place is clean, and all of the tenants treat each other like family. We cook and eat together. We even go shopping together. I have the bigger room and a walking closet. The AC windows unit cold the room very much. The place has a camera and alarm and each room has its own key. So I feel super safe. The washer and dryer are working perfectly. I can't feel better, I feel like Home.

Steer Clear

This is definitely one to avoid. Landlord's son lives in the house and he is not suited to living with others. He is a petty, volatile, vindictive, highly paranoid person who, during my stay, subjected me to repeated verbal abuse and physical threats, as well as sabotage of my personal property. The landlord refuses to hold him accountable for his behavior because he is his son, unfortunately. The house also has no air so in the summer it is extremely hot. One of the selling points is that you can cook and use the kitchen, but there are too many tenants for the kitchen/storage space they have which they refuse to expand, so just know that you will have no fridge, freezer, or cabinet space for any of your things. Washing machine is broken as well. The property itself is very cool and would be a great place under better management.
