Excellent Jax Beach Rental Property

Could not recommend Matthew's place more highly. The place is worry-free with a very reachable and helpful owner. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The place is immaculately furnished with everything you could need full kitchenware, linens, washer-dryer, screened porches and the utilities being included made things so easy. The location is a huge bonus: quiet neighborhood, just a straight shot to the beach, and right around the corner from Mayo Clinic which is very helpful. The two bedrooms (king + queen) gave us plenty of space and the host was incredibly responsive and attentive. If youre looking for a furnished monthly rental that covers all the bases comfort, convenience, responsiveness this is it. Highly recommend for medical assignments, relocation transitions, or simply a longer vacation in Jacksonville. Wed stay here again without hesitation.
