Rooms in New House

Overall, I had a great stay at Caleb's place. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Caleb is an excellent landlord - very responsive and always eager to ensure guests have the best experience possible. His communication made everything smooth and stress-free The location is ideal, with a quick drive to both Richland and Kennewick, and groceries are conveniently within a 5-minute drive. One minor downside was the lack of kitchen appliances, which would have made meal prep a bit easier. However, the overall comfort and convenience of the stay more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would have stayed longer if not for unfortunate circumstances. Caleb was friendly, accommodating, considerate, hospitable understanding, and quickly responsive to questions or concerns. If chance have it, and I have the opportunity to come to Washington again, I would definitely seek him first. The home is in a very convenient location, only minutes from Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants. In addition, it was close to Columbia Center Mall located in Kennewick. My roommates were respectful and pleasant as well. Thanks Caleb for going over and beyond to ensure I had a great stay!
