Awesome stay

Great landlord, great location, great price, what else can you ask for?

Wish I could give more than 5 stars ~

I have been at the cottages for a little over a year and have enjoyed my stay the whole time. Sally is a great landlord, she is very attentive and understanding, and always there if you need something. I always appreciated her reaching out and checking in to ensure everything was going well and I was comfortable. It was convenient to have a well-furnished place with pretty much everything you could imagine taken care of, from spoons, to tv, and even extra sheets. I highly recommend the Bricks on 17th, Sally is amazing, and anyone who books a stay here, would not regret it.

Comfortable and Cozy

I enjoyed my little cottage so much! The welcome package was so thoughtful. It was my home away from home during my 13 week travel assignment. The owner was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. I would definitely like to stay there again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quaint and centrally located place to stay. Thank you Sally for your Southern like" hospitality

Home away from home

Very nice and cozy home away from home. I am a travel nurse, and the property is very close to the hospital that I was contracted with. Property owners are very attentive and want your stay to be a pleasant experience. Hope a cottage is available when I go back to Wichita!

love the cottages

The cottages is a great place to stay short or long term. I was here for 3 months, the location and neighborhood is great! S (landlord) is wonderful, if I ever needed anything I could always reach out to her.
