High ceilings and light, spacious feel. Floor plan is very well laid-out. One block to shortcut to Fish Lake Trail. Great spot to enjoy the outdoors with Riverside State Park, the Centennial Trail and Riverfront Park nearby. Minutes to several excellent, public golf-courses. Light blocking curtain in bedroom (happy to add more if needed). This is city living and there are city sounds, we are close to the choo, choo.
