Amazing stay
This apartment was amazing for our 3 month stay in St Pete. It was clean, well stocked, and in the perfect location. It was only 3 blocks from Central Ave. We felt very safe in this area, and the neighbors are all very nice. Bethany is an amazing host, extremely accommodating and addressed any issues immediately. We will definitely reach out to her again if we find ourselves back in St Pete!

Fantastic Host and Great Stay
Couldn't recommend staying here enough! The apartment itself is new and clean, it's located in a great spot a quick walk to Grand Central Ave with lots of shops/restaurants nearby, and Bethany is a great host - always very responsive and helpful!

Great Landlord
Great location, clean, nice, and a great backyard for the dogs. Bethany is great to work with and is very reachable if needed. The location is around the corner from the YWCA, walkable to Grand Central shops, restaurants, and bars, and a short drive to Grocery and other general merchandise stores.

Great location, beautiful yard, clean, and has everything you need
I loved my stay here! The location is central and walkable to everything you need. So many shops, restaurants, breweries, and coffee places to walk to. The beach is 5-10 minutes away (15 if you want to go to the Treasure Island side). The yard is huge and very pretty! The lights are motion-sensored, so I liked that whenever I got back/left, if it was dark, it light up. The landlord was great, answered any questions, and was easy to contact. I appreciated that it was already equipped with basics (shower essentials, toilet paper, soap, kitchen basics, etc). Would 10/10 recommend!

Modern. Chic. Quiet. Relaxing.
This cozy studio in a nice, quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. This back unit, is quite spacious and clean. I love the layout of the unit. The king sized bed is quite comfy and comfortable and the pillows too. The owner also equipped the kitchenette if you want to cook your own meals. I truly appreciated that. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with and is readily available if you need their assistance. I enjoyed my stay here and would greatly recommend it!!!
