Great time & Great Landloard
Henry, it was such a pleasure to meet you! Unit 3 had everything I needed to get situated in this city following my move from FL. I really enjoyed using the griddle on the stove. Game changer. Thank you for being so flexible and understanding with me regarding the duration of my stay. PS, those ribs you gave me were soooo good! I'll have to stop by another day to grab another bite!

Great Stay
My husband, 5-year-old, puppy and I stayed in the downstairs unit. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a comfortable stay for a small family. Henry was quick to answer questions and make small fixes that made our stay more pleasant. He also has a small garden and shared what he grew, which was a nice bonus to our stay. We enjoyed using the back patio and taking our puppy for walks. Easy access to Union Station, restaurants and grocery stores. Distant view to the Capitol was a great sight.

Cozy Place in DC
My husband and I, along with our two mini poodles had a wonderful stay at Henry's place. We had an upstairs unit. It was pretty spacious. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved spending time in the backyard, using the grill and smoker or just hanging out. The dogs also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Henry was very nice, very responsive and available for any questions we had. The location was great, walking distance to bus routes, trolly, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping. You could even walk to Union Station. Would highly recommend staying here.

Just What You Need
Henry is a wonderful landlord, very attentive to tenant needs, very polite, and timely. I stayed in unit 3, and the apartment had everything needed, fairly spacious bedroom and living area which made staying comfortable with my larger pup! The outdoor patio is a huge plus for anyone who enjoys outdoor seating, grilling, etc. Would HIGHLY recommend if you are needing a place in the north DC area! (Also, not a bad drive to center of DC if needed, but public transport is an option)
