Don't MESA-round, Stay Comfy Near Hospitals & 60

Perfect!

I stayed there for 6 months and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was really nice, comfy, clean and quiet. The whole living room and kitchen downstairs was just as nice! On top of it Erin was extremely agreeable to deal things with. Very accommodating and responsive all the time. I would come back without hesitation!!

Perfect stay!

I stayed here for 6 months and truly enjoyed my time. Erin, the landlord, was incredibly responsive and helpful with any question, no matter how small. The apartment was clean, functional, and very well located near US-60, about 10 minutes from the main shops, restaurants, AMC cinema, and other conveniences. The residence itself was quiet and secure, with a pool and a real sense of safety, which made the stay even more pleasant. The bedroom was quiet, with very little noise coming from the neighboring room, and it was also bright and full of natural light. Parking was easy to find, which made daily life even more convenient. My experience was perfect, and I would return without any hesitation if I had to do it all over again!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The room was exactly as describedclean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and safe, with easy access to stores and transportation. My landlord was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and respectful of my privacy, yet always available if I needed anything. I felt right at home from day one. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable place to live!

THE PERFECT STAY!

This place has literally become my home away from home. I have lived here for a little under a year and have had the best experience. I am a travel nurse that worked at Banner Gateway for several months . The drive was only five minutes! It also is a short distance way from Banner Ocitillo for any of you fellow travel nurses! The space is a perfect size, clean, quiet, and has plenty of sunlight streaming through the home. Definitely recommend this place to other friends and nurses it is so cozy and has every thing you'd need. Leaving this place makes me kinda sad. Its such a great location close to many things, good food spots, and not far from phx , tempe, or scottsdale area. Parking is simple to find and also there is a 1 car parking garage I was using and super appreciated, particularly in the summer months. The landlord is so kind and quick to address any household repairs . I feel so grateful to have been able to stay here. You will absolutely be happy you chose this one!!
