Wonderful Sublet - Clean & Safe Neighborhood/Street

Wonderful experience. Mid-20s female -- first time living in area of Chicago & a walkup unit and felt incredibly safe. Great location for food, drinks, and getting downtown via CTA train. Would recommend to anyone. Landlords were always responsive and kind!

Wonderful stay

I couldnt have asked for a better first experience both in Chicago and with Furnished Finder! I stayed in this unit for two months and had a wonderful time - it was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed. Thu and Rainier were so awesome! Theyre incredibly welcoming and friendly, and were easily reachable if I needed anything. The location is great - the blue line is at the end of the block and there are many bus routes within walking distance. Theres a park across the street and the nearby 606 trail is perfect for a run. Logan Square is an awesome neighborhood with a lot of great local businesses and friendly people - I felt very safe here as a female solo traveler and would totally stay in this unit again the next time Im in Chicago!

Great place!! Landlords are super friendly and helpful, attentive to any issues that arise and make you feel very welcome in their home! They make sure it is fully stocked with all necessities upon move in and were more than willing to provide anything else that was missing in apartment. Location is amazing, many good restaurants in walking distance and you're only one block away from blue line train to downtown and airport. Multiple bus lines close by to get all across Chicago. Spacious kitchen with air fryer, oven/stove, and rice cooker. I really enjoyed everything about staying here and would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a short term rental!

Incredible place, incredible location

Beautiful place! Everything is brand new renovated and feels so cozy and comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and a wonderful apartment. Rainier was a tremendous host as well. So helpful and communicative. And this location truly can't be beat. Wonderful neighborhood and transit is so easy from this apartment. Will definitely be staying again!

Great stay

The landlords were a pleasure to work with and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The space itself is beautiful, well-decorated, and clean. Noise in the above unit was an occasional issue that the landlords addressed in a timely manner. I'd recommend this property for those looking to stay in the charming Logan Square neighborhood with access to public transit, restaurants, and parks within walking distance.
