LOVE this home !

We stayed here for my contract and absolutely loved every second of it! The home itself is super spacious, cozy, and well stocked with everything you could ever need! My favorite part of this home is the location! It's super walkable, family friendly, and the surrounding is such a nice area. You can walk to get breakfast, groceries from Goose the market, lunch at Baby's, dinner at Bocca, and go out for drinks at Loco to end the night all within a 5 minute walk! 10/10 experience! It's central to all hospitals and things to do! 5 min from downtown! The landlords were nothing short of amazing! Anything we needed they were super responsive, helpful, and attentive! I would 100% stay again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

This is an amazing property in an amazing location surrounded by great restaurants and minutes from downtown Indy. The property owners are extremely attentive and are willing to offer their knowledge and recommendations throughout your stay.

We could not have had a better experience in Indi and it's all thanks to our stay here! Not only were the owners attentive and proactive, but they also told us about all the cool spots in Indi. The property provided the privacy my husband and I were looking for and the house is well maintained. the owners were continously looking for more ways to improve. The neighborhood was great, lots of people walking their dogs and kids playing in the park. It was prime location for me as a travel nurse; short drive to the University Hospital and even shorter drive to Methodist. There are multiple great hangout spots for drinks and food, all within walking distance. Would 100% 10 out of 10 recommend!
