Perfect Luxury Stay

I was new to Austin, and this home gave me all the comfort and fun I needed. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a true luxury stay. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equippedfrom a pool table to a ping pong setup, everything was right at my fingertips. Even though I'm not a party person, the backyard was perfect for quiet, relaxing evenings. The space was peaceful, private, and thoughtfully designed. The owners are a wonderful couplealways available, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I couldnt have asked for a better place to call home in a new city. Highly recommended.

Fantastic and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed at Eric and Sundras very comfortable home for 5 months as it was closer to the hospital for the birth of our twins, and then for a few months after. We needed a very comfortable place that was good for a mother recovering, and for keeping an eye on babies. The large master bedroom was perfect for keeping two babies close to us, while having space for family visitors. It was everything we needed and exceeded expectations. It is only a 15-minute drive to downtown and St. Davids North. The backyard is amazing and very well done to enjoy nice weather days. The BBQ is also a cool plus! There are all the necessary services in the area and the place is quiet and well located for some peace away from the grind of the city. Eric was very accommodating to every need and request at the home. Anyone needing to be in North Austin for a few days or months would be smart to consider this home as it will make your time comfortable at an amazing price!
