Joshua was so kind and responsive as a host. My girlfriend and I stayed in his comfortable home for 4 months and loved everything from the house, amenities, neighborhood, and our dog loved the yard. We would come back and stay at Joshua's home in a heartbeat!

My husband and I had such a great stay at Seminole Heights Bungalow! We have nothing but great things to say about Joshua. Throughout our stay, he was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond for us. He truly cares about the well-being of his tenants and the condition of the property, which has always been well-maintained and in great condition. Our stay was during hurricane Helene and Milton. Joshua checked in on us numerous times to make sure we were safe. He was quick to notify us of any updates and had people checking on the condition of the house as soon as the hurricane passed. We were lucky to have no issues except for a broken fence (which he immediately started the process of fixing). I highly recommend staying in Seminole Heights Bungalow. We are so grateful for such a positive rental experience!

Great stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this bungalow in Seminole Heights, and I couldnt have asked for a better stay. The house had all the amenities I needed and was like a home away from home. Everything was nicely put together and clean, and the internet worked flawlessly throughout my stay. J, the host, was incredibly nice and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His hospitality truly made a difference to my visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle free stay in Seminole Heights!
