The best of the best

From the moment you message her to book, you can feel Tina's positive vibes! I have been with her at the same property for nearly a year and it's been nothing short of a blessing. She's attentive, responsive, respectful and kind. I am sad to leave this space but am requiring more space for my career. I would 10/10 recommend this space. The area is amazing as well. Close to everything, including the water! A needle in a haystack in the renting world these days.

Cutest little charm

This place is so cute with mostly everything you could need. There is no stove, but I brought a toaster oven and a hot plate and had no problems preparing meals! Tina is the sweetest and was so flexible and easy to work with. This location is close to everything such as grocery stores, the pinellas trail, the VA hospital, and of course, the beach. It is also not in a flood/evacuation zone for hurricane season!! I would recommend this place to anyone!
