Amazing beautiful apartment

Brian and Lacys private ADU has everything you could ever need. You will have a close private parking space with immediate access to the unit. The 1 bedroom space is secure and has all the luxuries of a high end hotel. The shower is to die for! The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen and living space has plenty of storage. The washer and dryer are great! You will not be disappointed, they have thought of everything you will need for a safe, secure, comfortable stay! I want to go back, like yesterday.

Picture Perfect Loft in Folsom

This loft is amazing. Finishes are high end, amenities are thoughtful, Bathroom is spacious, shower is amazing, & has a spa-like quality. Furniture is very nice & comfortable, which is perfect for viewing the huge TV with an awesome surround sound system. Bed is an adjustable bed, that made it perfect for viewing the TV on casual days. Appliances are full-sized except for the stove, The windows on this loft make it a very quiet, rarely did I hear noise from outside Lots of storage 7& the space is intelligently designed. The landlords provide an outside storage shed to store more of your belongings. This place felt like a warm hug - it is cozy, inviting, and is a welcoming space to come home to after a long day. It has been my favorite place to call home & was sad to leave. The landlords are exceptionally friendly & do care about you & your comfort, which was very nice.

Just the best

Unit is as pictured- everything is brand new, clean, with nice appliances and features. The couch is super comfy, tv is huge, and there is a ton of storage in the cabinets under the tv. I loved the fans in each of the rooms and the shower & water pressure were great. The landlords are the best! Very sweet people and accommodating to any tenant needs. I will miss this unit and Folsom!
