We had an amazing experience living here and can’t recommend it enough. My boyfriend and I originally planned to stay for six months but ended up staying nearly two years - which says everything. The home was fully furnished which made my move from Michigan to New Orleans incredibly easy. The location is perfect (especially near Tulane) while still being in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The landlords were truly wonderful. They were incredibly responsive, quick to fix anything, brought in packages for us, and consistently went above and beyond. They were also very accommodating with our cats, which meant a lot. Overall, it felt like home. We’re so grateful for our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Truly a home with wonderful neighbors, tranquility and bright space

What was meant to be. quick 6 month stay turned into nearly 2 years at this place. It felt like home from day one, and proves quite hard to leave. Full of space illuminated by lots of natural sunlight, this home is quite comfortable. Recently renovated, you'll enjoy modern living in a historic, classic-feeling New Orleans home. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis of kind families, young adults and lots of locals. Enjoy a walk around the neighborhood and to my local favorite Hey Cafe (10 minute walk). It's quite safe, and you'll make friends with the neighbors in no time!
