Absolute gem in Temple Terrace!

The landlords, Elizabeth and Jeff, are always available and highly responsive, though there was minimal need for them to come by during our (two year!) stay here as the property was in such good shape. Lots of high-quality amenities, including slow-close cabinets, motion-sensor kitchen faucet, and a huge smart TV, that I wouldn't expect from a place like this. The price was very reasonable, and the space worked perfectly for my wife and me. Bear in mind that it is a studio, so no privacy from anyone else in the apartment unless you go to the bathroom, but it is surprisingly spacious. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a fun local dive bar and Winn Dixie, and <5 minute drive from several restaurants, Publix, multiple gas stations, a cute park, and the library. Also right near multiple bus stops. Ample parking: you can absolutely get 5+ cars in the driveway. I would highly recommend this place to any solo tenants or young couples.
