Wonderful property
Property is conveniently located, clean, and comes with a nice private outdoor space. Easy access to the beach, Bal Harbour, and North Beach.

Amazing unit and landlord !
I was lucky enough to stay at one of Aida's units. It was clean spacious and her care was present throughout. If there were any issues, she was so helpful. But most of all I felt at home in the apartment. I had everything I needed and was so cozy. Amazing location too. I will definitely be back!

Surfside apartment with private garden
I rented this apartment for one month and had a great experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, and the landlord was responsive and professional whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.
