An updated washer and dryer are available in the downstairs utility room, just next to the bathroom and sliding walkout door. Very comfortable and pleasant finished lower level.

Mature tree lined and well lit neighborhood. Countless food, grocery, entertainment options and other amenities nearby. O Fallon MO is a great suburban neighborhood. Little more laid back being about 40 minutes outside of downtown St. Louis.

Amazing location, quiet and peaceful
I had an amazing time at this rental property! Todd is a fantastic host and more than accommodating. Everyone who was also staying there were easy to get along with, hangout, and talk to. The neighborhood is truly remarkable and has plenty of stores and restaurants to check out. To anyone looking for a place to stay in this area, I greatly recommend this place and know you'll have a great time as well!

Great spot
Todd was an amazing host!! The place was very quiet and close to grocery stores, target, gym, and almost anything else. Very spacious house and was very accommodating to space in the refrigerator and pantry. The house was always clean and you can tell he takes care of it!

I had an amazing experience staying at Todds rental property. From the start, Todd was a stand-up guy - trustworthy, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place itself was spotless, with plenty of space and great parking in the driveway. My roommates were super quiet and respectful, which made the stay even better. The neighborhood felt very safe and was conveniently close to everything I needed. I had zero complaints, and I will recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again, Todd!

Fantastic Stay with a Great Host
I had a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and well-prepared. Todd was an outstanding host, attentive and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Id highly recommend this spot and Ill definitely be back!

Nice Home and Owner
Todd's home is nice, comfortable, and very welcoming. He keeps it very tidy and had pretty much anything I needed for my stay. Not only that, but Todd is very easy going and accommodating. The neighborhood itself is also very nice. I felt safe walking around outside, and I don't think I ever heard any disturbances. It was a quiet and peaceful place to be. It was also not far from any grocery stores or restaurants, so I could get anything I wanted or needed fairly easily and quickly. I would be willing to spend many more nights here if I was in the area for longer, and if this home is nearby where you need to be for your stay, then I would definitely recommend this as your place to stay.
