Lovely space in Sellwood
I lived here for a year and loved it. It's a great location; accessible to transit and walkable or bikeable to Sellwood, Reed/Woodstock, and Milwaukie. The house is on a quiet block, but it's very easy to access groceries, restaurants, etc. in Sellwood. I loved the natural light and spacious kitchen area, and my dog loved the balcony and walking around the surrounding neighborhood. Justin takes great care of the shared spaces and outdoor areas and is super easy to communicate with.
Great Lighting and Location
I found Justins place for a 3 month stint last April and loved it so much I ended up staying a year! The apartment is very well lit, and gets abundant light from each direction. His house is walking distance away from a light rail stop, good sushi, and fun bars. It was perfect for my dog as he is just a block from an awesome park with a beautiful little stream she loved to play in. Just a little further was the big Westmoreland park and it was a quick 20 min run to the awesome riverfront dog park! Justin is a respectful easygoing guy. If your considering his place Id strongly recommend reaching out!
