Basement apartment
Nice quiet property in safe neighborhood of town. I stayed in the fully furnished basement of home. Photos reflect the actual property. Only front door and hallway shared with other tenants. Any issues that occured with property were promptly resolved by property owner. The property owner did not want to sign a lease agreement as I only stayed for three months. I was initially hesitant but the property owner was honest. I never had issues regarding my renting status.
