The building is a quiet building (1940s era) in a picturesque section of Washington Heights, upper Manhattan. We are on the top floor outer corner of the building which means we only share a living room wall with the neighbors so bedrooms make great sleeping environments with no neighbor noise and minimal street noise (though it is NYC, not the suburbs so please keep that in mind!)
