Long term NYC resident (over 20 years) also an RN of 23 years, beginning my NP career. Former travel nurse, former ICU nurse, now semi retired.My husband and I split our time between NYC and upstate NY. We do have cats, however we are taking them with us upstate when we rent out the property. This means we may consider renting to someone with a cat under certain circumstances!
