Good place and Host

Overall good stay. Alicia made sure to check in to make sure I was comfortable. The only thing I would say that made it unpleasant at times was the dogs barking a lot at times and you could hear the dogs running around upstairs. But I was overall happy with my stay.

Great apartment with Wonderful Landlord

This basement apartment has been amazing. The only reason I'm leaving is work and to get a two bedroom so I can start getting custody of my daughter. Alicia provides true southern hospitality, and I always feel that if I need anything at all, she'll take care of it ASAP. Couldn't ask for a better place or landlord. You will definitely feel at home. Highly recommend!!!

Home away from home!

A is a wonderful host!! Very responsive to any texts or questions. The neighborhood is small and very quant. No through traffic and the home is in a cul de sac with beautiful tall pines trees. Close to grocery stores, Wal-mart and Target! The pool has been a great bonus this summer!!
