The Garden Cottage is located at the rear of our home. You will be able to park your car in a dedicated off-street area and access the Garden Cottage through a locked gate.
Inside you will find a cosy studio with a kitchenette with hotplates and all the essentials you need to prepare a light meal. There is a mini fridge and microwave, toaster, kettle as well plates and cutlery.

This is a garden studio with its own entrance and off street parking with security entrance. Studio has been set up with traveling nurses in mind. There are cooking utensils, pots and pans, wardrobe, walk-in shower, separate toilet. You have your own washing machine and dryer. Fully air-conditioned and heated with Mitsubishi heat pump system. TV, Apple TV, internet, water, rubbish, electricity included.

Neighborhood overview
We are considered to be downtown Vallejo, even if we are on the very edge of the boundary. Our neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Georgia Street, perhaps 20 minutes to the ferry terminal and just under 3 miles to Touro University on Mare Island.
