We have a 6 acre farm in beautiful Skagit valley. We live in the peaceful countryside but are only 5 minutes from downtown Mount Vernon with shopping/restaurants/gyms. We are a 10 minute drive to Skagit hospital and a 20 minute drive to island hospital in anacortes, WA.
There is minimal traffic noise, but occasional noise from birds, dogs, chickens/roosters, coyotes, farm animals , and distant trains.

Space

Rent is higher if more than one renter or if not paying each month up front. 420- weekly.
Would consider dog(s).
*** This is not an ideal space for more than one person. We currently have a married couple renting and its really too small for them.
And this is a fifth wheel, so ideally youd have experience with these- cooking, bathroom, utilities use requires more care; systems are more delicate.

I am a traveling healthcare worker also, So I know having a reliable place to stay is important. Our fifth wheel gives you lots of privacy but access to our large yard, farmlands, and is still only 10 minutes from downtown amenities. We do rent to traveling workers, but are also looking for a permanent arrangement. We need a part-time caretaker, approximately 2 weeks per month, when I am out of town for work. Ideally this would include letting the dogs out in AM, feeding them a snack, spending a little time with them, or playing laser. Then at some point during the day walk some or all of them. Then feed t...
