Amazing place and roommate!

I stayed here for a YEAR because it was such a great find. The location is perfect-you are in the SE Hawthorne neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, bars, stores, ect, but tucked away on a tree lined street where there is plenty of parking. Best of both worlds location wise. The space itself is spacious, has great lighting and feels very homey. The room I was in was nice and spacious, well decorated, and had a deep closet. I was very comfortable! The front porch is amazing in the summertime to sit out and have coffee. There is even a small back yard with flowers. Lucy is an amazing roommate and has become a friend. She is kind and considerate and feels like one of those people you have known forever. I loved living with her. All around I feel like I got so lucky with this place.

Stayed here a few months and the apartment is amazing. Lucy is such a good person to live with. She's very kind and considerate. The place has great lighting in all the living areas, really cute plants and just feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing and really good spots are all around in walking distance. This really is a great part of town. Any packages I purchased got to me easy. There's even a front porch to sit and have a coffee. I'd gladly live with Lucy again she feels like a close friend.

Great space, great location, great roommate!

Stayed for a short term rental in this spacious, beautiful apartment in the Southeast/Hawthorne neighborhood. The neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants and shopping and the apartment itself is huge, quiet and plenty of street parking and everyone in the building is friendly. I stayed in the neighborhood after I moved into my own place and Lucy and I keep in touch! She was a very fun and accommodating roomie.
