We had a wonderful stay at Cedars on Fourteenth. Ben and Emilie couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The duplex house is fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. It instantly felt like home the moment you enter the front patio. Among the many ways our hosts went above and beyond the call of duty; they kept a look-out for package deliveries when we were away and had great recommendations including a great gym and an excellent dental practice. We stayed almost six months and were sad to leave. Everything was provided and we lacked nothing. Cedars is in a great location in Seattle adjacent to Seattle University and world class medical facilities. There’s a bus stop to downtown right around the corner, also a great French restaurant, L’Orsin, just a minute’s walk away. Restaurants and night life of Capital Hill are a short walk, with Capital Hill farmers market a 15 minute stroll. I highly recommend staying there if you seek a home away from home for work or pleasure.

beautiful home, convenient location, kind hosts

Stayed here for 3 months for a summer internship, and I had the best time. The place itself is super intentionally and beautifully decorated and included all the essentials we needed during our stay. Very comfortable and clean, could not had asked for a better place to stay. Location is close to lots of good eats and SeattleU which is nice. Hosts are super kind and very responsive, which tied the wonderful stay together! Thank you!

Nothing can compare!

A buddy and I stayed here for our contract for 3 months. All I can say is not only the space is great along with the amenities, but Emilie and Ben are something else! All you want/need from a host and then some. Every thing we needed: questions, recommendations, aid with the house, etc. it was handled quickly and in such a respectable way. Ive never felt more comfortable in a space to where it felt like it was my home for my short tenure. Well return if theres ever an opportunity again . Dont miss out on the place and the incredible people. Thank you guys!

Their extensive knowledge of the city meant we could always count on their great recommendations. They communicated effectively and promptly resolved any issues that arose. They felt more like friendly neighbors than landlords, making our experience truly positive. Property review: The house was stunning and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Can assure the house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, I loved its spaciousness and stylish decor throughout. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely return. Parking was convenient, and everything we neededrestaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and public transportationwas all walkable.
