Amazing guest house with private driveway!
My husband and I stayed in this guest house for a month to visit our son's family. It was so perfect for us with the full kitchen that was so well equipped. Two separate closets and the washer and dryer were so appreciated! Tiffanie was so professional throughout the process from booking until departure! Such a nice lady!!! We highly recommend!

We stayed at casita for 4 months . The location is great and near everything ! The casita itself was very comfortable , cozy and clean . Has everything you need ! Tiffanee and Mat are super people and so accommodating . Tiffanee was sweet enough to bring us a Christmas tree to put in casita during the holidays. They are very thoughtful and responsive to anything that we needed . We found it very hard to leave because the comfort we felt in casita and the friendships we gained . Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!
I stayed here for 6 months and it was a great location! It's a full casita with everything you need and close to everything! You can easily get to the airport or the strip in under 30 min. The hosts treat you like family and respond quickly to anything you need! Overall great place!

Wonderful guest house
I stayed at Mat and Tifanee's guest house ins an upscale neighborhood in February of 2025. It was a wonderful well furnished space. The private drive was convenient for unloading items. They were very responsive to all issues. Many local amenities including bike trails and community aqua centers are available. I definitely will be coming back.

Great Place!
I stayed here for 5 months and Mat and Tiffanee were great! They treated my like family which made me feel so welcomed into the area. They are professional and the place is beautiful. Highly recommend!

My stay here was great! Mat and Tiffanee are great hosts who will make you feel very welcome and will ensure your stay is enjoyable! They consistently reached out to see if there was anything I needed. Their communication and professionalism is top tier and I highly recommend a stay at this property!
