A perfect little nest

As a travel nurse, I found this home to be a safe, comfortable, and inviting place to unwind. Dawn is very sweet and even helped during a time when I was very sick and away from home. I highly recommend this little nest if you're looking for a home away from home!!

I stayed with Dawn during my travel assignment at Ascension Saint Francis and had a great experience. The place was about a 10-minute drive to the hospital, which was perfect since I worked nights. The neighborhood felt very safeI would run early mornings and even drive to Planet Fitness around 2 a.m. (only 6 minutes away) and never felt unsafe. The space had a comfortable couch and TV, which made it easy to relax after work. Since I work nights, I asked Dawn if I could cover the basement windows to block out sunlight, and she was very accommodating, which I really appreciated. Dawn was also very welcoming and always open to conversation; we would often chat on the back porch in the evenings. She was very responsive whenever I needed help or had questions. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Wichita.

Great Basement Level Living Space

I had a great stay here for 6 months. The place was very quiet and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It also had the option for garage access when weather was unsafe, which was a big plus. The high ceilings made the space feel open and airy, and the large TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Its also conveniently close to Wesley Hospital, about a 12-15 minute drive, which made my trip much easier. Dawn was a great host and made sure if there were any issues, they were fixed very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Best & affordable home ever!

I had an amazing stay at Dawn's residence during my travel nurse assignment. The basement felt like a private studio apartment-spacious, comfortable, and safe. The mini kitchen setup and access to laundry were incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, just 7 minutes from St. Francis Hospital, with Uber rides costing around $10 round trip-no need to rent a car! Also Dawn truly made my stay exceptional; she's one of the kindest people I've ever met. She was able to accommodate me after my horror story with another housing property I had encountered in Wichita. I highly recommend her home and would gladly return if I have another assignment in Wichita.

Safe and great location!

This cozy apartment is just what you need in a home away from home. It is located just under 10 minutes from Via Christi St. Francis and is in a safe part of town which means everything! It is very clean and comfortable. I wish I would have stayed longer!

Wichita Studio Apartment

I enjoyed my stay in this cozy Studio Apartment. It's in a safe quiet place. It's located less than 10 minutes to Sta Francis. The Home owner is very nice, accommodating and attentive to you needs for a comfortable stay. Easy to get ahold of since she is located on the property. They neighbors dog is the sweetest girl. I recommend making friends with her. If I was to stay in Wichita again this would be the first place I call.
