A Great Year in a Great Apartment

I originally booked this apartment for three months and ended up staying a full year. It's an excellent unit located in the heart of downtown Manchester. Suzanne and her husband were--by far--the best landlords I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They were always responsive to my concerns when minor issues arose and could not have been more professional and courteous. If you need a place for a few months (or longer) in southern New Hampshire, I recommend this apartment without reservation.

Amazing Apartment

I had a wonderful time at this apartment for the short time I was there for. It was very clean and practical and the landlord was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great stay

Lost my current place and had to find something last minute. This was perfect, both the location and the place itself. Kinda wish I'd found it the first time around. Thanks to Suzanne, couldn't be happier.

Perfect Downtown Manchester Retreat Quiet, Cozy, and Exceptional Hospitality

This downtown Manchester condo was the perfect home away from home! Private, quiet, and just steps from SNHU Arena, UNH, and The Palace Theatre. The king bed and room-darkening shades made for restful sleep, and the smart TVs in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom were a great touch. The host was amazingso accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. She even stocked groceries for my late arrival and offered to bring me soup when I was sick! With designated parking, strong WiFi, and all utilities included, this was a stress-free, comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

This apartment has everything! There are TVs in almost every room, WiFi and internet work flawlessly, Very spacious and super clean, quiet, I work nights, great, blackout window treatments, laundry, everything you need is in the kitchen, balcony with seats, parking space next to apartment, S is a very accommodating host who has considered every detail, very happy I got my first place with her.
