I had the pleasure of staying in this casita for three months while on assignment at NAMC, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space is incredibly private and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to unwind after long days. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I needed—grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to main roads—yet still felt tucked away and quiet. That balance is hard to find. Inside, the casita was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need for an extended stay. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making day-to-day living effortless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and convenient place to stay, whether short-term or long-term.

Little house and cozy vibes

Stayed here for two months while I settled in Austin proper, and I have no complaints. It has all the basic things you need day to day, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. Tammi was always prompt with questions/concerns. I highly recommend, oh, and so close to the domain.

Great experience

I am a travel nurse that spent approximately 10 months at this property. I kept extending the lease because the home was comfortable, the location excellent, and the communication with the landlord effortless. The house is clean and updated. Private entrance and porch, considerate neighbors, friendly and walkable neighborhood. Enjoyable stay through and through. H-E-B is 5 mins away with a car, and so is The Domain with numerous shopping and dining options. I communicated with Tammi (property manager), and she always responded promptly. Also, very flexible in terms of lease term which we need as travel nurses (our contract dates may change or contracts may get canceled). My deposit was refunded within a week with no issues. Here are some work commute driving times from the property: Heart Hospital of Austin 12 mins away; St. Davids South Austin 18 mins away; St. Davids Main 15 mins away; St. Davids Round Rock 12 mins away; St. Davids North Austin 5 mins away.

Tiny Home Stay

This was the perfect stay for me! The owners were informative and responded quickly anytime I needed anything! Its super close to St Davids North Hospital. Also having the full size fridge and washer and dryer was the cherry on top. I would definitely stay again if Im in the area!

Amazing stay!

Property was very well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. It is fully furnished and kitchen has everything you need and more! The neighborhood is very quiet and was great for working night shift. Hosts took care of any concern I needed immediately. I loved this stay and highly recommend!
