Lovely

I stayed in this room for over a year, as a traveling nurse. It was a wonderful experience. I had the full use of the house, including the upstairs family room, laundry room, downstairs living room, and the full kitchen. There are two cats who also share the house. They are the sweetest. If you don't like cats, and don't like the things cats do, then this is not a place for you. This is their home too. Emmalee is wonderful and very accommodating. We shared things like paper towels and dishwasher detergent evenly. I wish I could come back!

Stay w/Child

I just stayed here 3 1/2 months w/my child. Pros: nice house & neighborhood. Paid $1100 a month. Cons: Room is very hot in summer. Cold in winter. She was very uncompromising on the temps. She keeps it on 74 in the summer & wears a jacket & 62 at night in the winter. The room temp is uncomfortable. No fans. Stiff air. The only vent that works is in the bathroom. She tried to get me to pay more for better temp, which is against Colorado law. The 2 cats are great, but they walk on the counters, the stove & sit in the sink. There is cat hair in clumps everywhere upstairs on the carpet. Liv room upstairs you can't use. No tv downstairs. Room was not cleaned for me. Found 3 very large urine stains. She did not tell me about. The mattress is very lumpy. She suggested I buy something to put on the top. The mattress is very old. No tv other than your room. She will only email, not talk to you about anything. Would not recommend! You will get the cold shoulder if she's upset with you.
