This is a fair person.

This person waited until I unpacked my things and presented me with a contract with strange rules to protect herself for law suites. She basically switched my arm to sign the contract. If i don't sign, she was going to throw me back out in the streets. She stated she would refund my money and I could leave. I drove all the way from Memphis and she never mentioned a contract. Now, I am leaving she does not want to give me my deposit back until 14 days. I need my deposit when I leave. I paid her upfront so I want mine the same way. She wants to charge me $100 for extra days when It is $33.33 a day. She is trying to hurt me. She also wants me to clean and I paid her a cleaning fee. She is very greedy and unresponsible. She place is nice but something is wrong with her.

Your statements are inaccurate and misrepresent the situation. My rental agreement exists to protect both parties, just like agreements used by hotels, apartments, and other private rentals. Every guest who stays at my property is required to review and sign the contract before continuing with their stay. You stated that “she basically twisted my arm,” which implies intimidation or coercion. At no point were you forced, threatened, or pressured into signing the agreement. In fact, you stayed at my property for two days before making any payment. No hotels , apartments, or rental properties would allow a guest to stay without payment during that time. If my terms and conditions were not acceptable to you, you had the option to leave, book a hotel, or choose another property on the platform. My refund and deposit policies were clearly stated in the agreement, and you signed the contract acknowledging and accepting those terms before staying at the property. I expect any public statements about this matter to remain truthful and accurate.

Super Friendly

Super clean and friendly. I felt right at home staying there. Perfect for nurses, no noises. I would give a 10/10 and would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for peace of mind. It felt like family.
