My place is located off Courtney and 528. Close to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, hospitals, the mall, shopping, restaurant and dining, the beach, family friendly activities, and nightlife. My place is good for traveling nurses, KSC temps, couples, families, solo adventurers and business travel for extended stay. My place is upstairs, and there is no elevator. T's condo was a great stay, very easy to get to, very quiet except for the occasional SpaceX rocket launches that we loved. T is very responsive with quick replies to any questions. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Groceries stores and many restaurants less than 1 mile away. I will be staying here again any time I am close to Cocoa, Merritt Island or Cape Canaveral
