Save yourself the headache
This place may be cheap but it's not worth it to save a few bucks. The place is dirty, dated, and cold. The property manager will fight you for the most basic things. She told me to use the oven to heat the house, for example. You will be fighting for your security deposit back and the property manager will provide you with false receipts. Ask me how I know. Save yourself the headache!
