Don't stay here!
I have been traveling for over 7 years and rented 17 properties, and this one was the WORST! The LL failed to provide a lease then attempted to raise the rent by $1000 for the winter despite discussing this prior to move in, there were scorpions in the house, and the temps in the summer were not livable. The max was 91 degrees in the bedroom despite the cooler being set to 75. I moved out for the health and safety of my elderly pet. The security deposit was not returned, and the LL accessed me of stealing her worn-out sheets and kitchen items. I have video proof that everything was accounted for. Do NOT rent from Les and Pam.
