Ruths Place

Ruth's place was the perfect fit for our family as my brother battled cancer. We moved my mom there from the west coast with my brother whom lived in there Atlanta area so she could take care of him.The owner Darlen was amazing and was always attentive to our needs and was always available if we had any questions. It is cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Easy access to freeways in either direction. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The house has all the needs and feel and comforts of home. With comfortable beds, WiFi, cooking supplies. The price was perfect fit for our family as it was priced what we could afford for the length of time we spent there. Darlen was always commuting and making sure we everything was good. We were able to extend our agreement with no problem for my mom to help care for my brother. We are so very thankful and happy that we chose Ruth's Place for our family. It provided the comfort our family needed in a difficult time.

Darlene is Amazing!

We couldnt have asked for a better landlord. Darlene was always just a quick message or call away, and no matter how small the question or request, her response was immediate, thoughtful, and kind. Its rare to find a landlord who not only takes pride in their property but also genuinely cares about the people staying there. Her flexibility while my brother was fighting an illness meant the world to our family, and her empathy and professionalism made the entire process as stress-free as possible. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed truly an amazing experience. Thank you, Darlene!!!
